We examine per-country allocation and deployment rates through the lens of the annual <resource resource=\"https:\/\/www.dns-oarc.net\/oarc\/data\/ditl\"> &#8220;Day in the Life of the Internet&#8221; (DITL)<\/resource> snapshots collected at the DNS roots by the <resource href=\"https:\/\/www.dns-oarc.net\/\"> DNS Operations, Analysis, and Research Center (DNS-OARC)<\/resource> from 2009 to
